Weaving the field with Patrizia Polese
The weaving course at Villa Tiepolo Passi aims to introduce people to this ancient art.
Guided by the experience of textile artist Patrizia Polese, participants can learn the principal weaving techniques in a simple, relaxed way, whether as an objective in itself or as the initial pretext for further efforts. This unique experience, immersed in the surrounding architectural and natural environment, will inspire the creation of a final product, a small tapestry to take home.

Patrizia Polese
After working in the field of restoration (Milan-Venice 1993-97), she earned a diploma from the School of Applied Art of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, with a specialization in the art of weaving (1995).
She regularly shows her work in solo and group shows, in Italy and abroad.
Materials
Provided by the course (loom, peacock feathers, raffia, willow switches, jute, hemp, sisal)
